Fire Door Asset Survey
The Asset Safe team will review your existing records and initially provide a gap analysis on the records you hold. Then all the fire door assets within your property will be surveyed and create the digital twin of your doors in our Asset Safe Portal.
We are focused on ensuring the asset records comply with the requirements of the golden thread principles as set out in the Building Safety Act 2022.
Fire Door Inspections
When your fire door assets have been surveyed and are logged into the Asset Safe Portal, we are then able to carry out periodic inspections to determine the condition of the doors.
Where non-compliances are found we will advise on likely reasons for failure and suggest suitable remedial actions. This will all be logged on our Asset Safe Portal and reports issued to satisfy the clients needs.
We will generate a quote for the remedials at this stage to be reviewed by the Fire Risk Assessor and Responsible Person to determine the required actions for our maintenance teams or others to close out.
Fire Door Remedials
Our maintenance teams will then carry out any requested remedials, ensuring minimal disruption to the building tenants, occupiers and activities.
Following the repairs being carried out the door record in our portal will be updated and the RP will be notified.
All essential information regarding the status of your fire doors will be continually updated during the full management cycle on our Asset Safe Portal.
